CHAPTER 09 · KANON’S AION 2 BIBLE
On this page 23 sections
Wings provide stats in 2 ways:
1. When you equip a pair of wings (Equip Effect)
2. When you own the wings (Owned Effect)
Wings can be upgraded or “Enhanced” up to a maximum of level 10 where the “Owned Effect” will increase. They can NOT be upgraded at Global launch though. At level 0, wings will not show all their stats. When enhancing a pair of wings to +1, an additional stat will become available…in the case of the Brawler Wings (Abyss Shop Wings), the tooltip will only show the “Owned Effects” at base level 0. Upon upgrading these wings, you get Weapon Damage Boost making these wings high value.
Highest Value Wings to Upgrade
List is in alphabetical order
The 2nd and 3rd stat under the “Owned Effect” do not get upgraded when leveling up. I’ve indented those lines.

QUICK FAQ:
Q: Why is everyone running Eroded (Front Attack Damage Boost wings)?
A: Frontal/Back Attack Damage Boost is a newer stat that was introduced and it is in its own multiplicative damage bucket. Due to the nature of Front/Back Damage Boost being a very high value damage stat, ranged classes have begun to incorporate it into their builds despite having less access to the stat compared to melee positional classes
Q: What about Sorcerer and Spiritmaster, it doesn’t seem like they are running it?
A: Simply put, these two classes have abilities in their kit that do not take advantage of Front/Back Attack Boost.
